I paid but I do not see the full app.

Close and reopen Florine. The app automatically rechecks premium access. You can also use “Restore purchases”. If the issue continues, contact support with the approximate purchase date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

The subscription is managed by Apple. Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Florine, then cancel the subscription. Deleting the app is not enough to cancel.

How do I request data deletion?

Use the form with the topic “Data deletion”. Include the first name used in the app and the contact email.

Is Florine a bank or financial adviser?

No. Florine is a personal budget organization tool. The app does not provide financial, tax, banking or legal advice.

What data is used?

The budget data you enter, your onboarding profile, premium status and messages sent to support. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
